Leigh is the latest coach to join us on our journey. Leigh is passionate, driven and likes to see nice football.

He brings a wealth of experience and football understanding and is a welcome addition to the team. Leigh is FA level 1 and safeguarding qualified and has a valid DBS certificate.

​

Jordan established the business in August 2021 and has since spearheaded the growth of Prosper performance coaching, Prosper Football Club and Prosper Excellence. Jordan is FA level 2 qualified and has almost completed the UEFA B licence in coaching football.

Jordan has been coaching football since 2011 and has a wealth of experience of working in various football environments, including Portsmouth in the community and The Chelsea Foundation.

He also has plenty of in school experience and his football development is proven by the improvement of players in his various football teams. Jordan is determined, fun and charismatic! Jordan has a valid DBS certificate and is safeguarding and first aid qualified.

Laura is kind, adaptable and incredibly humorous. Laura is amazing at problem solving and Jordan can often rely on her to be quick minded and activate ‘plan B’ if the first plan fails.

Laura is the driving force of our Prosp’Her’ programme and she is a real example for our Prosper girls to look up to. Laura has vast experience in school environments and has a huge set of skills in various different areas.

Laura gets the job done and she does it with elegance! Laura has a valid DBS certificate and is First aid qualified. She has also completed her FA playmaker course.

Dylan is known to be quiet but is extremely strategical, hardworking and creative.

His coaching brings out an alter ego where he can express himself and pass on his football knowledge. He is a very mature and calculated person.

Klaidas has a huge skill set with his coaching. He is relatable with all of the children, he achieves great success in his sessions and his knowledge of age appropriate games and tasks is extremely valuable.

Klaidas is known for his huge loyalty and is a crucial part of the Prosper roster.

Klaidas has a valid DBS certificate and has also completed his FA playmaker course.

Nico is the assistant manager for the Raiders. Nico has been in the game for many years and his technical and tactical knowledge is crucial for the players and for the other coaches in the club.

Nico is funny, driven and always willing to do what he can to push his team and the club forwards.

Nico is FA level 1 qualified has a valid DBS certificate and is safeguarding and first aid qualified

Isaac is a very relatable and passionate coach. He has a wealth of playing experience and knowledge which he uses in his coaching. His sessions are very detailed and entertaining, while he knows how to adapt to all ages and abilities. Isaac has a high rapport with the children and parents alike, while he is great for the other coaches to have around as he is great at problem solving. Isaac is FA qualified and has a valid DBS, Safeguarding and first aid qualification.

Abby is extremely organised and so easy to work with. She is extremely adaptable to all types of children and her creativity has no limits.

Abby is bubbly, focused and imaginative. The children love her, and she gets the very best out of all of them. Abby has plenty of school-based experience as she is almost qualified as a teacher.

She draws upon her skills and knowledge at every given opportunity. Abby has a valid DBS certificate

Cameron is the youngest of our coaches, but do not let that fool you.

Cameron is incredibly driven and has come leaps and bounds with his coaching since day 1.

Cameron is reliable and is keen to learn, he is also a huge favourite with all of the children. Cameron has a valid DBS certificate and has also completed his FA playmaker course.

John is quirky, playful and very adaptable with all types of children.

He is great for helping children come out of their comfort zone and is a huge favourite during our courses.

John has a valid DBS certificate and has also completed his FA playmaker course.

Ben is the joint founder of the football club alongside Jordan. He is also the joint secretary and Chairman of the football club and the assistant manager of the Outlaws.

Ben is a strong and charismatic person who is extremely organised and hardworking. Ben embraced football in 2019 and has not looked back.

Ben loves seeing players play with passion, while he loves the tactical side of the game too. Ben is FA level 1 qualified, has a valid DBS certificate and is safeguarding and first aid qualified

James is a passionate and fun part of our coaching team. He is extremely approachable, and he will assist anyone with any problems they may have. James brings a host of experience with him and his love for football is unmatched! His energy in infectious to all around him. Jamie is FA Playmaker qualified and he also has a valid DBS check

Kirsty is the lady behind all of the amazing photos you see so often! Kirsty is calm and composed, while she can simply look into her crystal ball to meet the needs of all children.

At Prosper we can absolutely rely on Kirsty to understand all types of children as she can draw upon her wealth of experience, having worked in a school environment for many years.

Kirsty is also a specialist in Special Education Needs, which allows us to adapt well to children with additional requirements during our sessions. Kirsty has a valid DBS certificate and is first aid qualified.

Lewis is calm and never phased by anything. He is a hard worker and is hugely competitive when it comes to the coaches challenges or matches.

Lewis has a great reputation with all of the children. Lewis has a valid DBS certificate and has also completed his FA playmaker course.

harlie is a quiet individual but is a great motivational coach. He is particularly amazing with younger children as he enjoys the challenge.

He is amazing at including everyone and his calm presence is so valuable to help children settle. Charlie is a real skilled worker!

David is a hardworking and independent coach. He manages the Raiders and he has seen them grow from strength to strength.

David has a wealth of playing and coaching experience, while his determination to pass on his knowledge to his team is invaluable.

David has high ambitions, while his ability to nurture the players in his squad are faultless. David is FA level 1 qualified, has a valid DBS certificate and is safeguarding and first aid qualified.
